  • As a female CPA working for a Big 4 firm, I can say I'm incredibly burnt out by the end of February after 100+ hour weeks. On the flip side, though, the vacation is well worth it the rest of the year.

  • I think this potential legislation could be good, but also quite bad. The good is for those who are incredibly irresponsible who never should be granted certain types of loans in the first place. The bad is for those who are allowed lower down payment standards but who make smart choices.
